If after your free 1-hour visit you'd like to move forward, labs will be ordered to the location of your choice.

Follow-up visit:

$200

 

This visit includes a full review of your lab results and discussion of your personalized treatment plan.
If you decide to begin treatment, the $200 goes toward your first month of service.

Monthly Membership: 

$200 

 

Membership Includes:

• All prescribed medications

• All necessary supplies (syringes, needles, alcohol pads, sharps container, etc.)

• Unlimited visits and direct communication with your provider
